Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add sets to my collection?

You can scan the barcode on any LEGO set box using the Scan tab, or search for sets by name or number in the Collection tab.

What are MOCs?

MOC stands for "My Own Creation" — these are alternate builds designed by the LEGO community using parts from official sets. BrickSide shows you which MOCs you can build from sets you already own.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your BrickSide Pro subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Go to Settings > Subscriptions on your device.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Profile tab in the app. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Why can't I find a specific set?

BrickSide's database includes over 25,000 LEGO sets. If a set is very new or very obscure, it may not be in our database yet. Contact us and we'll look into adding it.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored securely. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
